Let’s say you’re a really kind soul, and you would like to help us out because you enjoy the stories and poetry we publish here. Here are a few things you can do:
- SPREAD THE WORD. Let your friends know about Rotten Leaves. Follow us on Facebook and suggest the fan page to your friends, follow us on Twitter, re-tweet stories, give us feedback, send us messages, add a link to our magazine on your webpage, print our stories and hand them out to people in the streets, whatever. We want our authors to be read as much as humanly possible.
- BUY OUR PRINT ISSUES. Okay, we’re not quite there yet, but give it a few months and we will be ready to release our magazine in print. We plan on being available on Amazon, making it easy (or easier) for you to read us.
- INTERACT WITH OUR ADS. When creating the website, we made absolutely certain not to use any sort of dumb, ugly, noisy, in-your-face ads that would distract the readers from what really matters: the stories. And technically, you are already interacting with the ads just by being here. Way to go, champs. But extra clicks are always welcome, if it tickles your fancy.
- USE OUR AMAZON STORE AND SEARCH BAR. All details regarding this are explained on the BOOKS WE LOVE page. From now on, if you want to order on amazon, we’d really appreciate it if you used our search bar. It’s only a few extra clicks for you, and it means not starving in the gutter for us.
WE DO NOT ACCEPT DONATIONS. We are not nearly desperate enough at this point in time. So if you have some extra money lying around, please – find a cause and charity you really care about, and help them out instead. Why not start right here.
